The Rain Centre Library is conveniently located at Rain Centre, New Parliament Rd, Pelawatte, Battaramulla. We are open on weekdays from 09.00 am to 05.00 pm to anyone who wishes to visit and explore our resources. However, please note that currently, book lending is limited to the LRWHF members.
