Rain Center Message

Welcome to the Rain Centre Library, a valuable source of knowledge and inspiration for rainwater harvesting and sustainable water management enthusiasts. Our library boasts a diverse collection of books, reports, and other publications a wide range of subjects, including rainwater harvesting techniques, water conservation practices, sustainable agriculture, urban water management, and climate change adaptation. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced researcher, our library caters to readers of all levels of expertise.

At the Rain Centre Library, you'll find an array of books, ranging from introductory guides to advanced research publications.

In addition to our collection of books, the Rain Centre Library offers much more than just reading materials. We have audiovisual resources available for use, allowing visitors to engage with interactive content and enhance their learning experience. Furthermore, our library features an exhibition area that showcases various rainwater harvesting models, providing hands-on learning opportunities and practical demonstrations.

We also welcome book donations related to water management. If you have any relevant books that you would like to contribute to our library, we would be delighted to accept them. By donating books, you can help expand our collection and provide valuable resources to future readers.

The Rain Centre Library is conveniently located at Rain Centre, New Parliament Rd, Pelawatte, Battaramulla. We are open on weekdays from 09.00 am to 05.00 pm to anyone who wishes to visit and explore our resources. However, please note that currently, book lending is limited to the LRWHF members. If you would like to visit the library, we kindly request that you inform us in advance by calling 0115524612 or sending an email to [email protected]. This will allow us to ensure that the library is prepared to accommodate your visit and provide you with the best possible experience.
